Loyalty program policies

The Québec S'amuse loyalty program allows customers to accumulate points that can be exchanged for dollar coupons applicable to their future reservations.

Accumulation of points

• Every $20 spent at Québec s'amuse Inc. earns 1 loyalty point .

• Points are awarded only on amounts before taxes and after applicable discounts.

• Points are credited to the customer's account after payment is completed.

• Purchasing inflatable games does not earn points.

Exchange of points

• A customer must accumulate at least 10 points in order to convert them into a dollar coupon.

• Dollar coupons are issued gradually between $10 and $320.

• Only one coupon can be applied per order. If the coupon value exceeds your order total, the difference cannot be carried over or reused.

• Dollar coupons are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

General terms and conditions

• Loyalty points and dollar coupons are valid only for reservations made through Québec S'amuse.

• The points accumulated are linked to the customer's account and cannot be transferred.

• Québec S'amuse reserves the right to modify or cancel the loyalty program at any time, without notice.

• Any fraud or attempted abuse of the program will result in the removal of points and the closure of the loyalty account.
